1. Returns
At Origin Cacao, your satisfaction is our priority. Please note that, due to the nature of our products, Origin Cacao is unable to accept returns on opened items. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase or need to initiate a return for an unopened product, we are here to assist you.
2. Initiating a Return
For returns, please reach out to our dedicated customer service team by emailing us at [email protected] within 20 days of receiving your product. Kindly provide your order details, including the order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and address any concerns you may have.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 60 days.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product or a different one, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange the exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
